Returns & Exchanges

At Daytona Helmets, we want you to ride with confidence and comfort. If your gear doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the helmet is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and protective films attached, then place it securely back in its original Daytona Helmets packaging.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for safety compliance, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
